Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within one to two weeks from the purchase date. Preorder items will be shipped within one week of the listed release date, which may change due to potential delays. If an order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when the preorder item becomes available.

Doge Wiper is not responsible for international shipments arriving damaged due to handling. We take every measure to package records securely by using bubble wrap, cardboard stiffeners, and vinyl mailers to maximize protection during transit.

We declare the full value of shipments on customs forms for international orders. In the event of a lost package, customers may be eligible for a refund of the item's value. However, this may result in customs fees upon delivery, which the customer is responsible for paying.
