Gently place the record on the turntable, and carefully lower the stylus onto the outer edge of the vinyl to avoid damage.
What should I do if my vinyl record has scratches or damage?
We recommend inspecting your records upon receipt. If there is any damage, please contact us for an exchange or return.
What does “Pre-Order” mean?
When a product is marked as Pre-Order, it means it's currently in production and will be shipped at a later date. You can always find the estimated shipping time in the product description, just below the “Add to Cart” button.
Please note that some Pre-Order items are available in limited quantities and may sell out even before they arrive in stock. But don’t worry — if you’ve placed a Pre-Order, your item is already reserved and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Also, keep in mind: if your order includes one or more Pre-Order items, we’ll hold the entire shipment until all Pre-Order products are ready. We don’t split shipments.
Are these official releases?
Yes — all of our own releases, as well as those from our distribution partners, are fully licensed. We make sure that all royalties and fees go to the rightful rights holders. We do not support or engage in bootlegs or counterfeit products of any kind.
Will my colored vinyl look exactly like the pictures?
The images on our website are digital mockups, not real photos. Each colored vinyl is unique, so the final product might look slightly different from what you see on the product page. We can’t guarantee an exact match — and that’s part of the charm!
